Robert Frederick

Robert Frederick, PE, is an accomplished Federal Project Manager at HDR since 2022, with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management gained through roles in various organizations. Currently serving in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Civil Engineer Officer and Foreign Area Officer since August 2016, Robert has also contributed to AFWERX as an SBIR/STTR Evaluator starting in 2024. Past roles include Fielding Engineer at Oasis Systems LLC from 2020 to 2022, Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company from 2017 to 2020, and multiple leadership positions within the United States Air Force from 2011 to 2016. Robert holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from UMass Boston.
