Ryan Rhoades is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water treatment, utility management, and construction management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at HDR since April 2020, Rhoades previously held the position of Southwest Drinking Water Service Lead at CH2M HILL from 2007 to 2014, and also worked as a Senior Associate at Hazen and Sawyer from 2015 to 2020. Rhoades began the career in engineering at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included design and construction management of water and wastewater systems. Additional experience includes engineering roles at state departments of transportation and involvement in construction at an oil refinery in Aruba. Rhoades earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from South Dakota State University.
