Stephen Pyle

Stephen Pyle serves as a NEPA Project Manager at HDR since 2005, where responsibilities include delivering NEPA marketing services and managing a variety of NEPA projects for Federal agencies, ranging from routine construction Environmental Assessments to complex military training Environmental Impact Statements. Previously, from August 2004 to September 2005, Stephen held the position of Associate at Dyer and Associates, focusing on general civil litigation. Stephen Pyle earned a J.D. in Environmental Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from the University of Maryland.
