Stephen Rowe is currently the Canada West Health Director at HDR, a position held since 2025. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Architect at HDR, where they contributed to various projects in different capacities, including Project Principal and Intern Architect. Before their tenure at HDR, Stephen gained experience as an Intern Architect at CEI Architecture from 2012 to 2015. They hold a Master of Architecture (MArch) from The University of Calgary, completed in 2013, and attended the University of California, Berkeley for an INARCH Studio. Additionally, Stephen participated in the Architectural Associating Visiting School on Biodynamic Structures at the California College of the Arts in 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria in 2009.
