Stephen Spain, PE, PMP, is the Vice President of Hydropower at HDR Engineering, Inc., a position held since 2009. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Hydropower at Devine Tarbell & Associates from 1988 to 2008, and as a Project Manager at E.C. Jordan Company from 1980 to 1988. Stephen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine in 1976.
