Steve Keyes

Steve Keyes, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with a comprehensive background in civil engineering and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and Global Resources Business Group Director of Operations at HDR since August 1991, Steve oversees operations in the Power, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Waste sectors across Central United States, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to HDR, Steve held the position of Vice President at Genesis Group, where management of the Civil Engineering and Eminent Domain Group for the Orlando office was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Water Resources Projects at Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc., and an internship followed by a role as Project Engineer at ds&n Engineering, Inc. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, completing the degree between 1984 and 1990.
