Thomas McLaughlin

Thomas McLaughlin, P.E., is the Global Transportation President at HDR, where they develop and guide the company's strategic vision for public and private transportation clients. Based in New York, they have been with HDR since 2002 and have held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President. Prior to HDR, Thomas worked at the New York State Department of Transportation from 1990 to 1999 as a Civil Engineer and later served as a Project Manager at Berger Lehman Associates PC from 1999 to 2002. Thomas contributed significantly to projects such as the Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Program and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion. They earned their degree from the University of Connecticut between 2001 and 2003.
