Thomas Roach

Thomas Roach, PE, currently serves as the Deputy Transportation Business Group Manager at HDR since May 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of New England Director of Highway Services at WSP USA from October 2019 to May 2021, and served as the New England Civil/Highway Department Manager at Michael Baker International from February 2017 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes managing the Highway Department at URS Corporation / AECOM from January 2013 to February 2017, and working as a Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager at URS Corporation from May 2003 to January 2013. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University, earned between 1992 and 1996. Thomas's expertise encompasses daily department operations, project management, and design oversight.
