Tim Devine

Tim Devine, Jr. AIA NCARB is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in architecture and construction management. Currently serving as Federal Principal at HDR since April 2022, Tim provides leadership and mentorship to enhance HDR's Federal Architecture team across various sectors, including healthcare and civic projects. Tim also operates a company focused on mass-customizable modular construction technology. Previously, Tim held significant roles such as Vice President and Director of Operations at ArchitecturePlus International, where innovative designs for retail and restaurant environments were emphasized, and served as Director of Operations at Hoefer Wysocki Architecture. Tim's earlier career includes leadership positions at Black & Veatch as Lead Architect in the Energy Division and various managerial roles in architecture firms. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas and a certification in CAD-CAM technology.
