Tim Dougherty is the National Director for Alternative Delivery at HDR, a position they have held since 2009. In this role, Tim focuses on providing long-term services for design-build and concessionaire clients in transportation projects, strengthening client relations, and leading talent acquisition and training. Prior to their current role, Tim worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1991 to 2009. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1974 and 1978.
