Tim Napper

Tim Napper is an experienced professional currently serving as a Federal Principal at HDR since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tim was the Project Director for the North Region at Defence - Capital Facilities & Infrastructure Branch from January 2021 to August 2023. With a long tenure in the Australian Army from January 2003 to August 2023 as an Army Officer, Tim has developed a significant leadership and project management skill set. Tim holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UNSW Canberra, and also attended the Royal Military College - Duntroon for military training.
