Todd Harrison

Todd Harrison is a Managing Principal and Program Manager at HDR, where they have been employed since 2016. With over 30 years of professional experience, they have excelled in leadership and management roles, notably at the Washington State Department of Transportation, where they held various engineering positions in 2013. Todd has successfully delivered large-budget transportation programs and is recognized for their communication skills, ability to build consensus, and collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders. They hold a BS in Geological Engineering/Geotechnical from the University of Idaho and an A.S. in Geology from Santa Barbara City College.
