Tom Cech

Tom Cech is a seasoned Water Resources Management Consultant with extensive experience in both higher education and the water resources industry. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resources Management Consultant at HDR, Cech has also held significant positions including Founding Director of the One World One Water Center at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Executive Director at the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District. With a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Cech is skilled in water law, groundwater recharge, and public policy. In addition to consulting, Cech has contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor in Water Resources at Università per Stranieri di Perugia and as a Faculty Affiliate at various institutions.
