Wayne Dower

Wayne Dower is currently the Substation Engineering Manager at HDR, where they develop and implement project execution plans while providing technical guidance to project team members. Previously, Wayne held managerial roles at Sargent & Lundy and served as Quality Manager at Amped I LLC, focusing on quality management systems and client relations. Wayne has also worked as an engineer at ComEd and engaged in cooperative education at Argonne National Laboratory. They served in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Air Force Reserve as an electrician and electrical systems specialist. Wayne earned a certificate in Project Management Strategy from the University of Chicago.
