Wesley Chen

Wesley Chen, P.E. is a Civil Engineer specializing in railway engineering with a robust background in transportation systems. Currently serving as Rail Transit EIT at HDR since July 2019, Wesley provides CAD support for various projects, enhancing construction phasing and track schematics.
