Zig Peshos

Zig Peshos is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in leading major projects across notable firms. Currently serving as Principal for Major Projects at HDR since November 2023, Zig previously held the position of Senior Practice Director at Architecture BVN, where leadership on the Atlassian Central BVN project was a key accomplishment. Prior roles include Senior Associate and Technical Design Stream Leader at Woods Bagot, with significant contributions to Central Station Metro and Wynyard Walk. As an Associate at Smart Design Studio, Zig was instrumental in delivering an $80 million multi-unit residential development. Earlier experience includes Project Leader roles at Denton Corker Marshall and Government Architects Office, providing expertise in environmental design and community school projects. Zig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales and a Master’s in Design Science (Sustainable Design) from the University of Sydney.
