Brian Chase is a seasoned customer experience leader and director of customer care at HD Supply, where they oversee the largest contact center and lead 15 specialized divisions, driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. With over 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, Brian served as a senior non-commissioned officer in the United States Army for 21 years, earning numerous commendations and the Order of Military Medical Merit.
