Cathy Dorton is a global leader in HR compliance with extensive experience in employee relations, investigations, and affirmative action. Cathy has held significant roles at notable organizations like The Coca-Cola Company, Lockheed Martin, and XPO Logistics, where they managed compliance programs and led initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
