Catie Arnold

Catie Arnold, MBA, has extensive experience in communications and strategic management across various sectors. From November 2011 to July 2013, Catie served as the Communications & Strategy Manager at the Governor's Office of Workforce Development, overseeing internal and external communications, managing media relations for workforce programs, and leading a project for IBM's Workforce Service Delivery Assessment in Georgia. Subsequently, Catie worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta from September 2019 to April 2020, contributing as a Change Management Consultant and leading internal communications efforts as Director, Internal Communications. Catie also held roles at HD Supply, where responsibilities included creating internal communication campaigns for 15,000 associates and managing corporate events. Beginning a career in public service, Catie worked as a Communications Fellow for Governor Nathan Deal in 2011. Catie holds an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a BA in Advertising from The University of Georgia.
