Chase Levay

Chase Levay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and property oversight. Currently serving as a National Account Manager at HD Supply since May 2022, Chase previously held the position of Field Account Representative. Prior to this role, Chase was the Regional Manager at Optivest Properties from August 2016 to March 2022, overseeing operations of a portfolio of 19 self-storage properties in Central Texas, managing capital project planning and budgeting, conducting due diligence for new acquisitions, and implementing revenue management initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as Area Manager at Bray International, Inc., Business Analyst, and Development Associate Intern at Trammell Crow Residential, along with a role as Director of Development for the Frontier Fiesta Association at the University of Houston. Chase holds an MBA in International Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
