Derek Allen is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the construction and industrial sector. Currently serving as Area Director for the West at Core and Main, formerly HD Supply, since August 2017, Derek oversees sales and operations within the Fire Protection Division. Prior to this role, Derek held various positions at HD Supply, including Area Director for the West Region and District Manager since July 2005. Earlier in Derek's career, a role as Director of Sales and Territory Sales Representative at Victaulic Company involved managing sales across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating in 1985.
