Jeff N.

Jeff N. has extensive experience in training, creative services, and project management, primarily at HD Supply since 2007, where current responsibilities include managing customer care training and instructional design efforts. Previous roles at HD Supply included developing communications and SOPs for contact centers and overseeing product content management. Jeff N. also served as Sr. Manager/Creative Director in Creative Services, leading a large team and managing a significant budget. Prior experience includes creative direction at The Home Depot, integrating marketing departments at Maintenance Warehouse America Corporation, and early roles in design and sales. Jeff N. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from San Diego State University and additional education from Platt College-San Diego.
