Leila Bennett

Leila Bennett is an accomplished software architect and engineer with extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of sales compensation systems, particularly utilizing Varicent ICM. Currently serving as Staff Architect at HD Supply since January 2021, Leila has held various leadership roles, including ICM Lead Architect and Development Manager, overseeing teams and managing large-scale projects. Prior to this, Leila worked at The Home Depot and Interline Brands, where significant contributions were made to ICM transition and compensation modeling. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, Leila combines technical proficiency in SQL Server, Snowflake, and various project management tools with a strong background in operations management and customer service across multiple organizations.
