Lori Downs is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at HD Supply since September 2025, Lori previously held positions at The Home Depot, including Regional HR Administrative Assistant and Associate Support Department Supervisor, where responsibilities included employee relations and human resources. Prior to that, Lori worked at The Container Store as a Specialty Assistant Store Manager and Merchandising Assistant Store Manager, and also served as a Sales Trainer/Development Leader at Apple. Lori's career began at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a General Manager, focusing on operations and talent management.
