Sydney Carter

Sydney Carter is an experienced professional in digital design, marketing, and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Site Experience at HD Supply since June 2017. At HD Supply, Sydney supports website merchandising and marketing initiatives, collaborates with various teams, and develops essential skills in graphic design and web development. Sydney also holds leadership roles, including Communications Chair for the Atlanta Regional Network Board of the University of Maryland Alumni Association and Communications Committee Member for AIGA Atlanta. Previous roles include content designer at Loupe, Inc., graphic designer at MVO Marketing, freelance designer at Modern Luxury, and numerous positions during academic tenure at the University of Maryland, reflecting a strong background in media, design, and arts. Sydney holds multiple degrees, including a B.A. in Journalism and a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Maryland, as well as an Associate of Arts in Graphic and Web Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
