Tim Whitehurst, MBA, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Sales Consultant at HD Supply since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing renovation and maintenance projects for property owners and managers. Previously, Tim held the role of Construction Project and Facilities Manager at Jacksonville Housing Authority from February 2010 to February 2014, focusing on coordinating facilities maintenance and construction projects. Tim also founded The Whitehurst Group, Inc., a Design/Build Residential and Light Commercial Contractor, from July 2006 to September 2009, and served as Vice President at Whitehurst Builders, Inc. from January 1991 to June 2006, overseeing custom home sales and project management. Early career experience includes working as an Estimator at Glen Construction Company, producing cost estimates for large projects. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida.
