Ryan Mallmann

Ryan Mallmann, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at HDT Global since July 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to develop strategies that support business objectives. Previously, Ryan was the first HR hire at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning, transforming the HR function into a strategic business partner focused on best practices. Additional experience includes owning Learn.Evolve.Develop. LLC, providing HR consultation to small businesses, and holding various HR roles at Accountemps, Cascade Corporation, Yokes Foods, and Tidyman's LLC. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
