Niva Markus

Niva Markus is a seasoned professional in learning and talent development, currently serving as a Learning and Talent Development Administrator at HE Space Operations since February 2025. Prior to this role, Niva worked as an LXP Application Coordinator at Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. and held various positions at Netafim, including Global Learning Lead and Global Training Specialist. Niva's experience also includes serving as an Instructional Designer, Trainer, and Training Coordinator at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where contributions involved designing training materials for the Enterprise SAP Program. Earlier experiences include roles as a Software Trainer and Instructional Designer at KMS lighthouse and content editing positions at David Yellin Academic College and the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. Niva holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
