Led by Bethany Busch (MS, ACSM-EP, CSCS) and Auria (LMFT), our "Performance Without Harm" framework ensures that physical progress never comes at the cost of mental or physiological integrity.

From elite USABS combine prep to chronic pain resolution, we provide a "High-Performance Lab" environment for those who have felt dismissed by standard fitness models. Our services include structured biomechanical audits, trauma-aware strength coaching, and integrated mental health support.
