Joe Cinderella

Joe Cinderella is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in quality management and production efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Head Rush Technologies since November 2024, Joe previously held the position of Production Manager at Yeti Cycles from February 2021 to November 2024. Joe's earlier roles at Head Rush Technologies included Director of Quality & Operations and Senior Engineer, where there was a focus on aligning engineering with operations to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes a Product Quality Engineer role at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., and a Mechanical Engineer position at BMW, highlighting expertise in quality analysis and validation standards. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
