At Head Strong Workplaces, we make workplace mental health easy.

Our consultancy helps organisations build healthier, more supportive work environments by focusing on practical, evidence-based strategies. We believe in empowering businesses to manage psychosocial risks while creating workplaces where people can truly thrive.

Our team brings together psychology, neuroscience, and employment law to deliver tailored solutions. We’re led by founder Sam Sellwood, a psychologist with over 15 years of experience in workplace mental health and wellbeing. Alongside Sam, our diverse team includes professionals from various fields, all committed to improving mental health at work.

We understand that no two workplaces are the same. That’s why we take the time to understand your specific challenges and provide solutions that are not only effective but sustainable in the long term. Whether it's training leaders, conducting psychosocial risk assessments, or developing policies, we work alongside you to create a mentally healthy culture.

Here’s how we can help:
• Develop comprehensive mental health strategies
• Conduct psychosocial risk assessments and implement action plans
• Provide leadership training on managing psychosocial risks
