Aleksandra Nowak

Aleksandra Nowak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aleksandra started their career as an Internship placement- Fine Dining Waitress at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland in 2008. Aleksandra later became an Internship placement- F&B Team Leader at the same company from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Lounge Bar and Afternoon Tea Supervisor at The Goring. From 2012 to 2017, they held the role of Photo-shoot Creative Director / Social Media Marketing Coordinator at Zazu Studio, where they were responsible for building creative campaign strategies and overseeing photo shoots. Aleksandra then worked at DAMA Deigh Alex Modeling Agency as a Photoshoot Creative Director and Fashion Stylist from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, they served as a Duty Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Manor, Elstree. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Red Carnation Hotels - part of the TTC family of brands, first as a Food And Beverage Supervisor, then as a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator, and finally as a Conference and Events Sales Executive. In 2018, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Corporate Account Manager / Sales & Social Media Marketing Executive. Aleksandra was responsible for managing and building relationships with key clients and travel agencies. In 2021, they became the UKI Meetings and Events Planning Lead at Accenture Corporate, where they managed complex events planning and project management. Currently, they are working at HeadBox as an Events and Project Manager, a role they started in 2023.

Aleksandra Nowak's education history includes attending the British College of Interior Design from 2022 to 2023, with a focus on interior design. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Wyższa Szkoła Hotelarstwa i Gastronomii, studying from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, in September 2019, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Skills and Social Media Marketing for Business from FutureLearn, offered by Accenture.
