Andrew Needham has held various roles in the technology and marketing industries since 1992. Andrew began their career as the Managing Director of Student Pages/Student Marketing, a telephone directory for students that had a print run of over 300,000 copies and a readership of 1 million. In 2000, they became the Consumer Director at Hobsons. In 2002, they became the CEO and Founding Partner of Face: Socially Intelligent Research. Andrew then co-founded Univillage in 2006, and in 2008, they became the Vice President of the UK's Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMUK). In 2009, they became a Partner and Group Managing Partner of the London Hub at Cello Health plc. In 2010, they became the CEO and Founder of Pulsar Platform, and in 2012, they joined the Leadership Group at Cello Signal. In 2015, they became the CEO and Founder of HeadBox.

Andrew Needham studied Theirtory and Politics at The University of Edinburgh and achieved a 2:1 MA between 1988 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Eton College from 1982 to 1987.
