Anthony Joseph

Anthony Joseph has a varied work experience, beginning in 2015 when they were a Customer Service Assistant/ Deputy Manager at William Hill. During this time, they engaged and interacted with customers on a daily basis, met targets set on promoting new store products and online sign-ups, and carried out research on competitors. In 2017, they moved on to Ladbrokes Coral as a Coupon Production Executive, where they produced, created and signed off on sports coupons intended for the whole Ladbrokes Coral estate, along with using computer software such as CPT, Adobe illustrator & XML's. Anthony also troubleshot problems that occurred when building coupons and dealt with any queries brought to their attention. In 2021, they became a Customer Delivery Driver at Tesco, and in 2022 they began working as a Product Support Assistant at HeadBox.

Anthony Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from the University of Greenwich, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Anthony also holds a Higher National Diploma in Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences from Coventry University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Anthony also holds a number of additional certifications, including Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn (obtained in March 2022), Learning Network Troubleshooting from LinkedIn (obtained in March 2022), and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA (obtained in February 2022).
