Robert Bogaardt

Robert Bogaardt is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in treasury management and risk financing. Currently serving as Group Director of Treasury at HeadFirst Group since June 2025, Robert previously held several senior leadership roles at Randstad from December 2005 to May 2025, including Managing Director of Global Treasury and Managing Director of Group Treasury. Additionally, Robert has served as Chairman of the board for Stadhold Reinsurances (Luxembourg) S.A. and Stadhold Insurances (Luxembourg) S.A. from December 2019 and November 2016, respectively, until December 2024. Robert's early career includes roles at Orchard Finance Consultants, Hagemeyer, and Randstad Holding, as well as an internship at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a graduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
