Kari Smith

Kari Smith is currently the Director of Operations at Headframe. Kari has held various managerial roles in different companies, including Operations Manager and Office Manager. Kari participated in LEADERSHIP MONTANA INC's Flagship Class in 2021 and the Masters Class in 2023. Kari has also been Dare to Lead™ Trained in both 2020 and 2023. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of Montana-Western, Kari previously worked as a Mathematics Educator at Anaconda Jr-Sr High School before transitioning to roles in business and operations. Prior to Headframe, Kari was an Accounting Assistant at Markovich Construction Inc.
