Dmitry Sergienkov

Dmitry Sergienkov has a strong and diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dmitry currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Headhunter Group, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy CEO at the same company. Before joining Headhunter Group, Dmitry worked at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division, specializing in EMEA TMT advisory. Dmitry also held the role of Associate in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, focusing on Russia & CIS coverage. Dmitry has further experience as an Associate at Sberbank CIB, Renaissance Capital, and Aton, all in the Investment Banking sector. Dmitry started their career as a Consultant in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation at KPMG.

Dmitry Sergienkov obtained a Masters in Finance from the New Economic School between 2008 and 2010. Dmitry is also a Charter holder in both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programs.
