Doug Gardner

Doug Gardner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Coach at CAIGAN Capital since 2007, Doug provides coaching to executives and corporate teams based on a competency and character model. In addition to this role, Doug is an Independent Director on multiple boards, including Kaspi.kz as a board member and Chairman of the Audit & Finance Committee, as well as an independent director for ЦИАН ГРУПП and Headhunter Group where Doug chairs the Audit Committees. Previous board positions include PАО "МТС-Банк" and Группа ЧТПЗ, as well as senior advisory roles for a large family office. Doug has held significant positions at EY and Arthur Andersen, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
