Natalia Danina has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and client success transformation. Natalia held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer Success and Head of the Statistical Services Division at Headhunter Group, and served as Business Development Director at CASE HR Solutions. Previously, Natalia worked as a Business Analyst at Coca-Cola HBC and Director of Survey Services at ANCOR. Natalia earned a degree in Economics from Samara State Aerospace University and studied Strategic Management at the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov. Currently, Natalia is pursuing an Executive MBA at Hult International Business School.
