Prashant Tyagi

Prashant Tyagi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prashant is currently serving as the VP of Data at headhuntr.io, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Product Manager for multiple companies, including Grin, Wells Fargo, and Intricately. In this role, they were responsible for the inception and successful production deployment of various projects, such as the Grin - Stripe Integration.

Before their role as a Technical Product Manager, Prashant worked as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Ziff Davis B2B from 2015 to 2020. There, they owned and executed the product vision and strategy for the B2BSignals Data Platform and SaaS application, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with the Data Operations team.

In 2011, Prashant founded Phlox Consulting, LLC, where they created Phlox CRM, a SaaS solution for the Real Estate industry. This CRM solution facilitated effective communication between companies and their buyers/tenants.

Earlier in their career, Prashant held positions at Dun and Bradstreet as the QA Director and Program Manager, where they played a vital role in increasing revenue and achieving high customer satisfaction for the DNBi flagship portal. Prashant also served as the QA Manager at LiveCapital Inc., where they managed overall quality management and played multiple roles in the development and release of the DecisionExpress credit management software.

Prashant's early work experience includes roles as a Sr. Software Engineer at companies like vMoksha Technologies, Kovair Software, Ushacomm Technologies, and Astral Inc.

Throughout their career, Prashant has demonstrated proficiency in product management, technical analysis, automation, quality assurance, and project/program management, contributing to the success and growth of various companies and products.

Prashant Tyagi completed a Certificate course in Business Strategy: Achieving Competitive Advantage from Cornell University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education between 1991 and 1995. In 1997-1998, they pursued a YSM degree in Programming from Technocampus. Additionally, they completed their high school education at St. Mary's in 1988.
