Tom Lorello

Tom Lorello is the CEO and Executive Director of Heading Home, a role held since 2004, where they have played a pivotal part in the organization's growth from a $3 million to a $14 million operating budget, serving 1,700 homeless individuals and families in Greater Boston. Under their leadership, Heading Home has developed over 350 new units of supported housing since 2006, with a mission to end homelessness by providing effective support services alongside housing. Tom earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut between 1986 and 1988.
