Brian Points is a seasoned economist and consultant currently serving as President of Points Consulting since September 2019, where a strong emphasis is placed on aligning workforce dynamics with business success. Additionally, Brian serves as Vice President and Chief Economist at Data Tactical Group, focusing on business development and data decision-making. As a Board Member for Advance Idaho of Latah County, collaborative efforts aim to foster economic and community development. Brian also holds the position of Chief Economist and Strategic Advisor at Headlight Data, contributing expertise in data analysis and strategic decision-making. With previous roles including Director of Research at Thomas P. Miller & Associates and Director of Consulting at EMSI, Brian has a robust background in labor market data, economic development, and advanced analytics. Brian earned a Master of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Idaho.
