George White

CEO George White’s career has been focused on working with stakeholders in the infrastructure and construction industries to bring technology to the forefront in their operations. During his tenure at HeadLight, he has managed diverse teams and overseen numerous technology projects for customers ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to the federal government. George is recognized as an innovator in the transportation construction industry and provides over 10 years of management experience and more than 15 years of industry knowledge and connections to the company. He was responsible for the development of the Hot Mix Database, a web-based tool used to track and monitor asphalt road construction projects that received the TRB K.B. Woods Award, a top award for construction innovations, and Pavement Interactive, the world’s largest online resource for all things pavement.

George currently serves on an industry-leading technical steering committee alongside members of state and federal government, private sector, and academia. As a sought-after subject matter expert in innovation as it relates to the infrastructure construction industry George is often invited to speak at major industry meetings including the Transportation Research Board, AASHTO and the Construction Management Association of America, among others. George holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
