Tessa Long

Tessa Long is an experienced Project Manager currently with HeadLight since December 2015. Prior to this role, Tessa served as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at MTN Satellite Communications from July 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing development teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers, and coaching teams on Agile methodologies. Tessa initially joined MTN as an Executive Assistant, managing schedules and travel arrangements while gaining experience in project management. Earlier experience includes a marketing internship at Edmonds Conference Center, where Tessa contributed to the development and implementation of a marketing plan. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Washington University, earned in 2011.
