Headon Boxing Academy (HBA) is one of Ireland’s leading boxing and fitness communities, with four locations across Dublin — Sandyford, Churchtown, Marian College (Ballsbridge), and Grand Canal Dock — and over 1,000 active members.

We offer personal, group, and corporate training experiences, and have partnered with companies and universities across Ireland to raise over €500,000 for charity through fitness, teamwork, and shared challenge.
