Abhishek Kumar

Abhishek Kumar has extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving as Lead II at Headout since October 2021, with previous positions at the same company including Lead, Escalation Specialist, Senior Associate, and Associate in Customer Operations. Prior to this, Abhishek worked as a Research and Marketing Intern at The Car Laundry for a brief period in 2020. Abhishek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Systems from PSG College of Arts and Science, completed in 2019.
