Richu Prabhakaran

Richu Prabhakaran is a Process Designer and Learning and Development Coach at Headout, where they currently enhance training methodologies. Richu previously served as a Fellow at Teach For India, mentoring students and ensuring course compliance with educational standards. They also worked as a Guest Service Agent at The Madras Diner and contributed as a Content Writer for Passionate in Marketing, Finance, and Analytics. Richu earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Women's Christian College and holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Jain International Residential School.
