Steven Klinzman has a diverse work experience in the field of technology sales and consulting. Steven began their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Lucent Technologies, where they led optical networking equipment sales to Sprint and managed lab trials, product presentations, and relationship development. In 2000, they joined Mahi Networks as the Regional Vice President of Sales, where they established customer interfaces, secured lab trials, negotiated contracts, and assisted in fundraising efforts. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Director of Sales at PacketLight Networks, specializing in the design and manufacture of optical transport technology. Steven then worked at Microsoft as a Technology Solutions Professional from 2007 to 2012, focusing on promoting Microsoft's technology solutions. As an independent consultant in 2012, they provided expertise as a UC consultant. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Sonus as a Senior Channel Account Manager, responsible for sales and technical readiness for specific Sonus Select Partners. Steven then joined Modality Systems in 2015 as a Senior Account Manager, and later worked as an Independent Consultant in 2016. In 2017, they joined UnifiedCommunications.com as the VP Strategic Partnerships, where they were responsible for building and expanding relationships with partners in the Unified Communications space. Finally, in 2021, they retired from their most recent role at Relaxation.

Steven Klinzman has a diverse education history. Steven obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management from Rockhurst University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Journalism from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 1970 to 1975. Before college, Steven attended Roosevelt High School, although the specific dates of their attendance and any degrees earned are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Steven also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), which they obtained in April 2009 from Microsoft.
