Rasmus Stage

Rasmus Stage has been an integral part of headspace Danmark since November 2017, serving as Centerchef for headspace Chat and headspace Gentofte, and overseeing operations as Centerchef for headspace København & Gentofte. Rasmus also functions as a arbejds­miljørepræsentant, guiding employees on protective and stressful factors while developing initiatives to promote a positive psychosocial work environment. Prior experience includes roles as Daglig Ansvarlig Ungerådgiver, focusing on the daily management and quality assurance of counseling services, and Ungerådgiver, where Rasmus built a professional network in Gentofte municipality. Previous professional experiences span roles such as ABA træner at HandicapHjælp Danmark, mentor at MentorDanmark, and sales consultant at Computer City. Rasmus Stage earned a bachelor's degree in Danish with a subsidiary subject in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, followed by a master's degree in the same field and a leadership qualification in Narrative Pedagogical Leadership from DISPUK.
