Cat Schulz

Cat Schulz, MA, LMHC, LPC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Headspace since July 2019. Prior to this role, Cat worked at Ginger as a Mental Health Therapist until April 2021, and at Moda Health from June 2016 to July 2019 in dual roles as a Health Coach and Mental Health Therapist. Earlier experience includes working as a Community-Based Child and Family Therapist at Albertina Kerr Centers, as well as an Intern Child and Family Therapist at LifeWorks NW, and a Practicum Student Therapist at Lewis & Clark Counseling Center. Cat holds a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling and an Ecopsychology Certificate from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Auburn University, with a minor in Women's Studies.
